I keep getting statements with additional charges that are not valid or not explained. This is very frustrating and makes me feel like Brownstone is trying to cheat me of money. The updated web portal has actually made paying the bills more frustrating. My apartment is definitely not good at blocking out noise, I can hear my neighbors when they speak at conversation volume. The only thing I really like about Brownstone is that my entire apartment is hardwood and has no carpets. The high ceilings are also nice. That being said I probably will not renew my lease.
response from property -Linna, I'm sorry the statements coming from our new system are causing a hassle for you. It looks like the insurance error has been cleared up and the charges were reversed, but I'll make sure the team reaches out to clear up any additional issues. I hope you'll find the new resident portal more beneficial in the coming months.

The largest disadvantage is a significant distance from the downtown area, though it isn't too bad.
